 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. WIliams the best I have used HUGE agencies charging thousands per month, to smaller agents costing 900 a month. William has been cheaper thats good and the results are high (which at the end of the day is what you are after)

so most agents big or small that I have dealt with set up your account fast and then do the absolute minimum per month to warrant the monthly cost

William however took a good 2 weeks and went through all my past adverts to see what worked and what didn't, then proceeded to create key word specific ads- so it wasn't one add that appears for multiple keywords, each keyword had its own ad

the results so when I went with WJE I had just got out of a 3K a month agents contract in October- I had no sales and I was at the point of business closure- and when WJE started sales started to come in - he was tweaking everyday we had a brainstorm on the landing page and then improved that for mobiles and as a service provider I sold out for the rest of October november and December nd My Jan is booked out- which in my field is enough- I actually turned off the adwords for december and first half of jan as I had too much work (and clicks were wasted as they wanted to book me when I was already booked)

so I will activate mid Jan 2026 and will continue with WJE.

My Blood pressure is now down and sales are coming in

We get it, you've got a business to run. Here's what other tradies wanted to know before they got started.

I get all my work through word of mouth. Why would I need ads?

Word of mouth is great until it's not. You can't control when referrals dry up, and you can't scale them when you want to grow. Ads don't replace referrals. They fill the gaps so you're not sitting around waiting for the phone to ring. Most of our clients still get plenty of word-of-mouth work. The difference is they also have a steady flow of new leads they can turn on and off whenever they need to.

I've been burnt by a marketing agency before. Why should I trust you?

Fair enough. A lot of agencies lock tradies into long contracts, send monthly reports full of vanity metrics, and disappear when things aren't working. We don't do contracts. You stay because the leads are coming in, not because you're stuck. You'll see exactly what we're spending, how many leads you're getting, and what those leads are costing you. If it's not working, we fix it or you walk. Simple as that.

I'm flat out on the tools all day. How much of my time does this take?

Barely any. During setup, we'll need about 15 minutes of your time to understand your business and what kind of jobs you want. After that, we handle everything. You answer the phone when leads call. That's your only job. No logging into dashboards, no approving posts, no weekly meetings you don't need. We'll check in with you regularly, but we're not going to waste your time.

How much is this going to cost me, and when do I actually see leads?

There are two costs: our management fee and your ad spend (which goes directly to Google or Meta, not us). We'll give you a clear recommendation on ad spend based on your area and trade. Most clients start seeing leads within the first week or two of ads going live. We don't promise overnight miracles, but we also don't make you wait months "building brand awareness" before anything happens. You'll know quickly whether it's working.

I'm not tech savvy at all. Do I need to learn how any of this works?

No. You don't need to learn Google Ads, Meta, analytics, or any of it. That's what you're paying us for. If you can answer a phone call and reply to a text, you have all the tech skills you need. We set everything up, run the campaigns, and handle the optimisation. You focus on quoting jobs and doing what you're good at.

My mate tried Google Ads and wasted thousands. How's this any different?

We hear this one a lot. Usually it's because they set it up themselves (or let Google's "smart" campaigns burn through their budget), or they hired someone who runs ads for every industry and doesn't understand trades. We only work with trade and home service businesses. We know what keywords waste money, what landing pages convert, and what it takes to turn a click into a phone call. Your mate's bad experience is exactly why we exist.

What if I get too many leads and can't keep up?

Good problem to have, and it happens more often than you'd think. The beauty of paid ads is you can dial them up or down whenever you want. Booked out for the next three weeks? We pause or reduce your spend. Quiet patch coming up? We ramp it back up. You're in control of the volume. We're not going to flood you with leads you can't handle.

How do I know the leads are actually any good?

Because we track everything and we actually care about lead quality, not just lead volume. There's no point sending you 50 tyre-kickers who want a quote for a job that doesn't exist. We target people actively searching for your services in your area. If lead quality drops, we adjust targeting straight away. We'd rather send you 10 leads that turn into 5 jobs than 50 leads that waste your time.
